Interpreting complex issues
Corporate reporting is one of the most challenging areas of marketing communications. Complex issues require careful interpretation for diverse audiences – stakeholders, legislations, employees, customers, institutions and local communities. The challenge is to engage and inspire the reader, whilst keeping the design focused and insightful.
WPA Pinfold has designed and produced npower’s corporate responsibility report for the last seven years. We have developed it from a largely print-based publication to a web-based hub with two print based summaries (one for investors and the other for employees). The website and summary report form the foundation for RWE npower’s sustainability strategy, by scrutinising all aspects of the operation of this multi-billion pound business.
