Branding the experience
WPA Pinfold designed a branded initiative for npower’s employees, as part of a strategic brand repositioning strategy and engagement process. The aim was to create a real sense of presence and ownership for all employees. We created the name Planet Red (red is npower’s brand colour), a cohesive brand style, and ensured that everyone was onboard as the strategy rolled out.
Employee surveys demonstrated that awareness was 100% across the company. The impact on the business and the way it operates has been significant in terms of both employee commitment and customer feedback.
