WPA Pinfold designed and produced artwork templates for npower’s editorial team to generate bi-monthly publications. As part of the rebranding of npower’s retail energy supply business, the internal employee magazine needed to be aligned with the new external brand look and feel and tone of voice (TOV).
We delivered a versatile format and typographic grid that seamlessly reflected the new brand. TOV was a key element of the new brand so we also provided sample style copy so that headlines and body text were consistent with external communications to customers. The retail employee audience is at the front line of customer service so keeping these people engaged and informed is vital for npower, and Spark magazine now gives npower an optimal channel for communication.
