Communicating a reason to believe
The challenge here was to develop an inspirational business and brand strategy that set out the values and visions for npower’s future growth. As the market had undergone radical changes and had an external political influence it was vital that a real emphasis was put onto service values and customer relationships.
We designed and produced a booklet, which formed part of an integrated campaign to engage and motivate npower’s 10,000+ employees to support the new vision. The ‘Turning customers into fans’ booklet focused on generating excitement and creating a sense of camaraderie in npower employees. Positive imagery and encouraging facts brought the npower vision to life in an engaging and interesting way.
